Conference registration is required for participation in all conference activities and events. Attendees are responsible for selecting the registration option that matches the programming they plan to attend, including any Pre-Conference offerings. Registration is not considered complete until payment has been received.
If your ability to attend the conference changes, please review the following cancellation policy.
Cancellations made before September 12, 2026 may be completed through the website with no fees. Cancellations made between September 12 and October 20, 2026 will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations after October 20, 2026 will receive a refund minus the meal ticket cost of $325.
SSO:USA is committed to fostering a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive conference environment. All attendees, presenters, exhibitors, volunteers, and guests are expected to engage professionally and respectfully throughout conference activities and events.
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. SSO:USA reserves the right to remove individuals from conference activities without refund if behavior is determined to violate conference expectations or compromise the safety and wellbeing of others.
SSO:USA is committed to supporting accessibility and participation for conference attendees. Participants are encouraged to communicate accessibility needs or accommodation requests during registration.
While every effort will be made to accommodate requests communicated in advance, accommodations cannot be guaranteed.
By registering for and attending the conference, participants acknowledge that photographs, video recordings, and other media may be captured during conference activities and events. These images and recordings may be used by SSO:USA for promotional, educational, and informational purposes, including use on websites, social media, newsletters, and future conference materials.
Participation in the conference constitutes consent for the use of an attendee’s likeness without compensation or additional approval.
Conference sessions, speakers, locations, social events, and schedules are subject to change without notice. SSO:USA reserves the right to modify conference programming as needed.
Attendees may communicate dietary restrictions, food allergies, and meal accommodation requests during registration. SSO:USA will make reasonable efforts to communicate these needs to conference venues and catering providers; however, accommodations cannot be guaranteed.
By attending the conference, participants acknowledge and accept responsibility for their own wellbeing, belongings, and participation. SSO:USA is not responsible for personal injury, illness, lost or stolen property, travel interruptions, or other damages related to conference participation.
By registering for the conference, attendees consent to receive conference related communications, updates, and announcements from SSO:USA.
